Conference highlights for PhD and MD candidates!
SynAGE Travel Grants
What can you expect: We offer 3 travel grants, € 1.000,00 each.
Who can apply: PhD and MD candidates are eligible to apply for travel grants. The travel grants were established especially for those PhD and MD students without financial support from their home institution.
Application procedure: Fill out our 2-steps application form including a letter of motivation, your CV and the abstract for your poster. A committee, consisting of the SynAGE Steering Committee, will decide which applicants will have the opportunity to join our conference with the support of a SynAGE travel grant. Only applications that have been received in full within the application period can be considered.

SynAGE Award Dinner
What can you expect: The Dinner will be organized by the PhD candidates of SynAGE including the poster prize ceremony. The dinner with live-cooking will take place at the balcony of the Johanneskirche in Magdeburg.
Who can join: All registered PhD and MD students are invited to join the dinner.
Application procedure: When registering, please indicate your interest in attending our free dinner.
Application Deadline: 15.02.2022
Poster Prize
What can you expect: Every submitted and presented poster of the conference has the chance to win one of our attractive prizes. A small committee consisting of six guest speakers and six PhD candidates will choose the winners of the poster prize. The winners will be announced during the SynAGE Award Dinner.
Who can join: PhD and MD candidates are encouraged to submit a poster abstract. All submitted and presented posters are automatically included in the evaluation for the poster price.
Application procedure: Poster abstracts can be submitted during registration or later by email to contact@synage.de
Abstract submission deadline: 25.02.2022
Poster format: portrait format A0 (1189 x 841 mm)
